Had trouble checking in when booked via popular 3rd party. But staff worked w us and got it fixed in 10 minutes.

Staff was friendly, everything was great, even a laundry mat next door, washer & dryers on-site as well, I had alot to do...wanted to finish faster. Not very much around to do, but a cracker Barrel next door if u have no car. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

I'm traveling with my wife , daughter and 7 month grandchild. The room was extremely clean, ac worked great and no obnoxious smells. I was very happy with the complimentary breakfast and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this comfort Inn.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Comfort Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Hotel, and I can confidently say that it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional customer service that made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Eric, the General Manager, and Sherry for their outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and the care they put into making each guest feel valued. To my delight, my room number turned out to be a significant date in my life, which added a personal touch to my visit. It was as if the universe was aligning to make my stay even more special! I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to relax, unwind, and enjoy the precious time I had with my best friends who gifted me this trip. The cleanliness of the hotel is worth mentioning as well. The entire facility is impeccably clean, showcasing a dedication to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team, particularly Marisol from Guatemala! Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and your cheerful demeanor brightened my days. I am thoroughly enjoying every moment of my stay, and it’s almost bittersweet to think about checking out. Look. It's not Four Seasons, it's not Ritz-Carlton, it's not Hilton. You get what you pay for. I think by some of the reviews, people expect luxury rooms for value prices. But the rooms are clean and decent. There were no bugs, no bad smells. The kids were a bit disappointed that there was no pool, but we needed a room for a funeral, not a getaway. The only negative I have was the breakfast. The orange juice was definitely off. And the bagels were like rocks. The food definitely needs some attention. But we managed.

Comfortable rooms, larger than average. Easy access off cross street of major road, without traffic and associated noise.

We were driving through the town heading north and realized that most of the hotels in Louisville were booked. Thankfully we were able to find this one available with one last room. Asked the front desk guy about the hotels booked and evidently there is a huge basketball tournament in the area. Staff was really nice and room was clean
